PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
Family Strengthening Program Providing centered care that will strengthen and support the family unit.
Women’s Support Circle Program Offers a safe, respectful place for women to connect in a supportive social network.
Men’s Support Circle Come and share in a safe and supportive environment to explore traditional concepts and values. A sharing circle and program with an approach informed by Medicine Wheel teachings, Seven Sacred Teachings, and basic traditional protocols. 
Parenting Grandchildren This is a drop-in group for grandparents who are raising their Aboriginal grandchildren. An opportunity to meet other grandparents, learn new skills including parenting tips, and receive support and information.
Traditional Kitchen  An opportunity for Aboriginal families and youth to create a meal together in a positive environment.
Traditional Aboriginal Parents Program (TAPP)  This is an eleven-week traditional Aboriginal parenting program that is modelled around the Medicine Wheel.
Protecting Our Children’s Spirit (POCS)  Parents/ caregivers with children (birth to 6 years old) will learn child development stages and parenting skills.
 Elder’s Tea and Bannock  This program is intended to end isolation and increase the socialization of Aboriginal Seniors in the community.
